Roller Driver (Roadworks)
Pay: £120.00 - ( This is Take Home )
Work Locations: Lincolnshire

Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Roller Driver to join our roadworks team.
Based out of Bordesley Green, you will be working on sites across Lincolnshire, operating roller machinery on a range of road construction and surfacing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating ride-on roller machinery safely and efficiently
* Compacting materials in line with site specifications
* Working closely with groundworkers and surfacing teams
* Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery
* Following all health & safety regulations on site
* Willing to jump of the roller help out Groundworker as and when.
Requirements
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller Ticket (essential)
* Previous experience operating rollers on roadworks projects (Not essential)
* Good understanding of site safety and procedures
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Willingness to travel to sites across Lincolnshire
