Experienced Roofer - Social Housing (Occupied & Void Properties) We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our team delivering works across social housing properties from Basingstoke down to the South Coast. This role involves working on both occupied homes and empty (void) properties, providing high quality roofing repairs and replacements within residential communities. The Role You will be carrying out a range of roofing works, including: Reactive roof repairs Tile and slate replacement Flat roofing repairs (felt / GRP / single ply) Leadwork and flashing repairs Guttering, fascia and soffit works Chimney and ridge repairs Roof renewals where required Diagnosing and resolving leaks You will be working in occupied properties, so professionalism, cleanliness, and good customer service skills are essential.
