Roofer must have: CSCS card Previous site experience means of getting to site Own PPE References on request Key Responsibilities of the Roofer: Tile and slate replacement Roofline repairs (fascias, soffits, guttering) Minor flat roof patching Leak detection and repairs Chimney repointing and leadwork (as required) Safely operate access equipment, ladders, and scaffolding. Conduct thorough assessments of roofing issues and carry out required repairs to a high standard. Complete documentation and updates using handheld devices or paperwork, as required. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, especially in residential settings. Respect tenant privacy and deliver excellent customer service.
