We are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-School Room Leader to join a well-established independent school and nursery in Bushey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's development in a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
About the Role
* Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning activities
* Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
* Monitor and assess children's progress
* Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
Requirements
* QTS, EYTS, EYPS, Level 6 Early Years or Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working within an early years setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
* Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
* Two professional references
