Sales Administrator
The main duties will be:
Nominal ledger/sales ledger entries
Dealing with sales administration quotes
Processing sales orders
Research internet for sales leads
Logging, maintaining and filing spreadsheets
Answer telephone and deal with relevant queries
Daily Sales Invoicing
Dealing with credit and debit notes
Liaising with Internal Departments to resolve queries
Keep office well-stocked and maintained.
General administrative duties
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
A good understanding of sales administration is essential
Strong administrative skills
Highly organised
Some accounts experience would be beneficial
Good knowledge of Microsoft office
