Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring customer orders and enquiries are managed efficiently.
Support the maintenance of customer order reports, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems while liaising with internal dements to provide accurate updates.
Assist with processing quotations, orders, and invoices when required, helping to deliver a positive customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ensure company procedures are followed at all times.Sales Administrator
Essential:
Previous experience within an administrative role. Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
Engineering/manufacturing environment experience
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to record management and filing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as of a team
