Sales and Solutions Manager
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Solutions Manager to join a growing team within the commercial cleaning sector. this is an excellent opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions. the Sales and solutions Manager will play a key role in generating new opportunities, managing tenders and proposals and working closely with operational teams to deliver successful contracts Duties Business Development * Identify and develop new commercial cleaning opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy * Manage and grow your sales pipeline * Attend client meetings, presentations and networking events * Deliver professional sales presentations and tailored service proposals Bid and Proposal Management * Prepare and submit tenders and proposals in line with company policies * Work alongside marketing and bid teams to create compelling submissions * Ensure proposals are accurate and commercially viable Strategic Collaboration * Work closely with operational teams to support contract retention and growth * Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services CRM and Reporting * Maintain accurate records within the CRM system * Track sales activity, pipeline opportunities and revenue forecasts * Provide regular reporting on business development performance What We Are Looking For * Proven experience in B2B solution-based sales * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Ability to influence decision-makers and deliver presentations * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities * Strong IT and CRM system skills Desirable * Experience within commercial cleaning or facilities management * Experience in specialist cleaning services * Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Salary and Benefits * £40,000 per annum basic salary (paid monthly) * Car allowance * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Private medical cover * Life assurance * Employee benefits platform Why Join Us This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation where you will play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial growth and building long-term client relationships.
