Sales Consultant Monday to Friday (Apply online only), with a rotating Saturday and Sunday, one weekend a month off. BS37 £26,000 basic with achievable on target earnings bonuses and commission. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Duties * Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify their requirements and recommend suitable products or services. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM systems. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to provide expert advice. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement. * Attend training sessions and professional development programmes to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in sales roles is essential. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. * A valid driving licence is advantageous but not essential. * A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs are essential qualities for success in this role.
