The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to support revenue growth for a client in the health, fitness and wellbeing sector based in Central London.

This is a fast-paced, target-focused sales role for someone who thrives on engaging with people, converting leads, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in driving membership sales and supporting both individual and corporate client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

Engage with inbound and outbound leads to drive membership sales
Convert enquiries into trials and paid memberships
Proactively follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates
Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey

Corporate & Individual Sales Support

Support outreach to local businesses and corporate contacts
Assist in securing trial bookings and membership conversions
Build positive relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Lead Management

Manage and progress your own pipeline of leads
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities
Track performance against individual sales targets

Consistent achievement of individual sales targets
Strong conversion from enquiry to membership
Growing pipeline of engaged prospects
High levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Package

💰 £29,000 base salary + £40,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
