Aftermarket Sales Coordinator

* Efficiently process customer orders and enquiries through all communication channels.

* Support the promotion of spare parts and service offerings.

* Maintain and manage administrative systems in line with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring full traceability, compliance, and recommending improvements where needed.

* Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding customer history and records.

* Identify opportunities to grow spare parts and service sales, and share relevant leads with appropriate teams.

* Negotiate with customers when required to secure additional sales.

* Conduct regular follow-ups on all aftermarket quotations.

* Assist in coordinating proactive aftermarket sales activities, particularly for export business.

* Send introductory communications following machine sales.

* Collaborate with machine sales teams to increase aftermarket product sales.

* Support the execution of promotional campaigns alongside the marketing department.

* Analyse data to identify key opportunities for business growth.

* Develop, coordinate, and manage remeshing and servicing contracts.

* Monitor and report on business trends, including identifying declines in activity.

* Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Head of Sales Division.

The successful Internal Sales Coordinator will have:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field or a business degree combined with a technical background.

• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as an individual as well as a team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focus.

• A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products

• A good understanding and working knowledge of CRM & ERP software.

• English. Any additional language would be very useful.

Basic salary of £23,000 + 10% guaranteed bonus + £1,000/year cost of living allowance = £26,300.

+ Additional Commission

Year 1 - £35,000 OTE
