Sales Enablement - SaaS Sales
Skills
* 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and sales training roles.
* Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.
* Ability to motivate and guide others to act.
* Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems (GSET), Slack or Amazon Connect.
* Experience in SaaS Sales especially CRM and Marketing solutions.
* Experience working with various AI tools would prove useful.
Duties
* The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful.
* Onboarding new hires
* Delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement.
* Review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps.
* Oversee Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning to the sales teams.
