Sales Executive £25,000 - £35,000pa Stamford, Lincolnshire As Sales Executive, you’ll deliver a personalised and elevated shopping experience, building genuine relationships with customers and driving sales through a consultative approach. You’ll be confident working towards targets, handling higher-value transactions, and supporting junior team members when needed. As part of the role, you’ll be required to work Saturdays with a day off provided during the week in lieu. Key responsibilities for Sales Executive * Deliver a premium, tailored customer experience from first interaction through to aftercare * Build and maintain long-term client relationships * Proactively drive individual sales performance * Confidently handle higher-value sales and customer queries * Support visual standards and maintain the overall store presentation * Assist in coaching and guiding Junior Sales Advisors We’re looking for someone with: * Proven experience within luxury or premium retail or experienced in sales process * Confidence managing the full sales journey independently * A strong track record of working towards and achieving targets * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * A polished, professional approach * The ability to build repeat business and long-term client relationships * Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset * A team player who can support and guide more junior colleagues This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within luxury retail, take greater ownership of their client base, and play a key role within a high-performing team.
