Sales Executive – International New Business Location: Near Wetherby (Office Based) Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£45,000) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting for a Sales Executive – International New Business to join a growing business. This is a target-driven, outbound sales role focused on generating new business and developing opportunities across international markets including the UK, US, Canada, and EMEA. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion * Identify and engage key decision-makers across target sectors * Develop opportunities across international markets and sectors * Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity Requirements * Previous B2B sales or outbound sales experience desirable * Confident communicator with strong organisation skills * Resilient, motivated, and target-driven * Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Important: This role is fully office-based near Wetherby, and candidates must live within a commutable distance and be able to work on-site five days per week.
