Job Title: Sales (Business Development Assistant) Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £28k - £35k + Hours per week: 35 with an early finish on a Friday Join our client, a well-established and growing engineering business specialising in high-quality sheet metal components for a range of sectors, including automotive, defence, construction, and medical. What You'll Be Doing Building relationships with new and existing customers Re-engaging past enquiries and identifying new opportunities Supporting the conversion of leads from marketing and exhibitions Maintaining and updating the CRM system Assisting with quotations and sales administration Conducting outbound contact via phone and email Attending exhibitions and customer visits What We're Looking For Experience in B2B sales or a manufacturing environment Experience supporting sales or account management teams Confident communication skills and a proactive approach Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) Full UK driving licence Ability to read technical drawings or knowledge of sheet metal (advantageous) Benefits 25 days holiday + bank holidays + service-related bonus Pension matched up to 6% Commission (TBC) Ongoing training and development Free onsite parking Regular team social events Company car Working Hours 35 hours per week (flexibility considered) Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm (early finish)To be considered for this Sales role please click "Apply" to be considered or call (phone number removed) Oliver Rae is an Established Recruitment Business with offices based in Walsall and Halesowen.
