Sales Leader – RF Systems
This role has been created to bring structure, rhythm and leadership to a global sales operation. The business has strong technology, deep engineering capability and a distributed BDM team spanning UK/EMEA, APAC and the US. What it needs now is someone to lead it.
The role
You'll take ownership of RF systems and test sales globally. Leading a small international team, you'll embed Salesforce discipline, strengthen customer relationships, restructure the channel partner network and build commercial capability in the US, currently a $6m market with significant headroom.
This is a hands-on role. You'll travel to trade shows and customer sites, stay close to live opportunities and work directly alongside engineering and operations. It's not an oversight position.
What we're looking for
We're open to an experienced Sales Director from an SME background or a strong senior sales lead stepping into a broader leadership role. What matters most is commercial instinct, technical curiosity and the energy to be present and involved.
You'll likely have:
* 10+ years in technical B2B sales
* Experience selling complex products to engineering-led customers
* Some experience leading or mentoring a small team
* Exposure to defence, aerospace, telecoms, RF, test and measurement or adjacent high-technology markets
* Comfort working in or alongside SMEs
Direct RF systems experience is welcome but not essential.
