The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management, performance and development of a team of 18 sales executives. You will play a key role in driving revenue, improving processes, and ensuring the team consistently exceeds targets.
This is a leadership role where your ability to inspire, mentor and lead from the front will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
✔ Lead, motivate and develop a team of 18 sales professionals
✔ Drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback
✔ Monitor KPIs and ensure individual and team targets are achieved
✔ Conduct performance reviews, one-to-ones and training sessions
✔ Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
✔ Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
✔ Create a positive, high-energy and results-driven culture
✔ Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives
✔ Implement sales strategies and continuously improve performance
What We're Looking For in a Sales Manager:
Essential
* Previous experience managing a sales team
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Track record of delivering sales targets and business growth
* Excellent communication and coaching abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Positive, energetic and motivational leadership style
Desirable
* Experience managing larger teams
* Contact centre, telesales or field sales management experience
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
