About the Role: We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in safety solutions. You will manage key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales targets across a range of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional with a strong understanding of safety products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. * Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. * Provide expert advice on safety solutions to meet client needs. * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery. Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in B2B sales. * Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth. * Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. * Technical understanding of safety solutions is desirable but not essential.
