We are working with a well-established business within the aluminium fenestration and façade sector, looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across key markets. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and increasing specification and project wins across commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting contractors, developers, architects, and specifiers
Drive specification of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and façade systems
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
Work closely with estimating, technical, and project teams to deliver client solutions
Track and manage pipeline through CRM systems and project tracking tools (e.g. Glenigan)
Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and CPD presentations

Requirements

Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Business Development role within aluminium fenestration or façade systems
Strong understanding of aluminium systems, glazing, and building envelope solutions
Established network with contractors, architects, and developers
Experience in specification sales and project-led selling
Commercially driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
