Sales Manager
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paris, offering an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead and develop the French market while driving new business growth and managing key customer relationships.
The Role
Develop and implement the sales strategy across France and assigned territories
Build and strengthen relationships with designers, retailers, specifiers and industry professionals
Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive market growth
Manage the Paris showroom, including events, promotions and showroom activities
Deliver customer presentations and attend meetings across the region
Analyse sales performance, competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
Work collaboratively with the UK marketing team on promotional campaigns and press activity
Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management About You We're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a field-based sales or sales management role
A strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence working independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders
Fluency in French and a high standard of written and spoken English What's on Offer
