SALES PROGRESSOR
Due to further growth and expansion within the business, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency professional to join an established and successful team as a Sales Progressor.

Role
* As a Sales Progressor you will be responsible for the full sales progression process.
* Progressing branch sales from start point to exchange/completion.
* Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors and Surveyors.
* AML checks.
* Maintaining a strong working relationship with sellers ensuring regular and clear communication.
* Weekly sales meetings.
* Upholding company standards.
Candidate
* Previous Estate Agency experience essential.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and sustain key relationships with professionals.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Strong telephone manner.
* Commercial awareness and KPI management capability.
* A proactive mindset and drive.
