We are excited to offer a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our newly established Sales and Retention Team based in Newcastle. As part of our front-line operation, you will play a key role in selling and renewing insurance products on behalf of the motor industry, driving business success and delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop expert knowledge across our full range of product lines working within company guidelines.
* Sell a variety of products and services through a variety of channels such as but not limited to outbound and inbound calls.
* Renew existing customer policies and ensure strong retention.
* Deliver excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA regulatory guidance.
* Manage campaign leads effectively to meet and exceed conversion expectations.
* Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
* Complete general administrative tasks relevant to the role.
Desired Skills & Experience
* A passion for speaking to customers and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised, resilient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A desire to challenge yourself and contribute to moving the business forward.
* Experience in the motor industry or in and FCA regulated contact centre (beneficial but not essential).
