The Role:
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
Provide quotations to customers as required
Process customer orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate The Candidate:
Experience in a similar role within a product-based environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills, with the ability to use systems confidently and accurately
