Sales Support Engineer - Global BMS Manufacturer Salary/Package - €68,000 - €70,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Pension + Bonus + More ! Location - Italy ( Remote Role ) Permanent Position with Immediate Start My client is a leading global BMS Manufacturer who are looking to hire a Sales Support Engineer ( SSE ) in Italy working from a home office in a remote working position. You will be working closely with the Sales team, Technical Support team, Research & Development team and European Sales Support Team. The main responsibilities within the role will include, Create and deliver CPD accredited seminars to specifying engineers and system integrators. Support the growth of the products by developing sales, marketing and communication plans working with channel Partners, Sales Management, Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers. Provide sales support workshops to customers focusing on the products and the overall products offering. Work to specify, design, engineer and price product solutions to customers throughout Italy. In cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams, work to conduct company sponsored road show seminars for influencers and End Users that builds the company's market presence, generates leads and closes business. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs for assigned product lines on an ongoing basis. To be considered for this position you MUST have the following background/Skills, Excellent knowledge of the HVAC & Building Automation Industry Excellent Knowledge of BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, KNX communication protocols Excellent Knowledge of control system estimating, design, programming and engineering, specifically BACnet, Niagara Framework and LonWorks.
