Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed engineer schedules to meet customer demands and optimise resource utilisation.
* Collaborate with management and engineer teams to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with operational capacities.
* Utilise ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to input, update, and monitor scheduling data.
* Analyse data to identify potential bottlenecks or delays, implementing corrective actions proactively.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to support maintenance plans.
* Communicate scheduling updates effectively across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of changes or issues.
* Prepare reports on scheduling performance metrics and suggest improvements for process optimisation.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during planning activities.
Skills
* Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise across multiple teams.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
