Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Astro Education is currently recruiting School Administrators to support a number of welcoming Primary Schools across Cheshire East.
This is a fantastic opportunity for organised, professional, and friendly individuals who enjoy working in a busy environment and want to play a key role in supporting schools, staff, pupils, and parents.
Whether you have previous school administration experience or come from a strong administrative or customer service background, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the school reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff
* Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
* Maintaining pupil records and updating school databases
* Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
* Assisting with admissions and school communications
* Producing letters, reports, and general correspondence
* Supporting senior leaders and teaching staff with administrative tasks
* Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed when welcoming visitors to the school
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, approachable, and reliable
* Experience using school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom would be advantageous but is not essential
