A welcoming and well-organised primary school in West Drayton is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their busy school office team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school and ensuring effective communication between staff, parents, and external agencies.
Please note: due to the nature of the role, the school is unable to provide training, so prior school administration experience is essential.

The Role
As a School Administrator, you will:
• Manage daily school office operations and front-of-house responsibilities
• Use school MIS systems confidently for attendance, pupil data, and reporting
• Handle phone calls, emails, and parent communications professionally
• Support admissions, attendance monitoring, and pupil records
• Assist with safeguarding administration and school compliance processes
• Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies as required
• Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth school operations
About You
• Previous experience working in a school office environment – essential
• Confident using ARBOR and SIMS essential
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
• Please note: training will not be provided, so prior experience is required
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
