Job Title: School Receptionist & Administrator
Location: West London
Employment Type: Full Time – 8am–4pm
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £17 per hour PAYE

About the Role:
We are working with a friendly and established school in West London who are seeking an experienced School Receptionist & Administrator to join their front office team. This full-time role is based on-site, working 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. School office experience and an Enhanced DBS are essential. MIS experience (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greeting and signing in visitors, parents and students

* Answering phone calls, managing emails and responding to enquiries

* Preparing letters, documents and supporting general admin duties

* Maintaining accurate school records and updating MIS systems

* Assisting with attendance monitoring and daily office coordination

* Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

* Previous administrative or reception experience within a UK school

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Confident communication and a professional, friendly manner

* Good IT skills and familiarity with school MIS systems
