School Site Manager

Primary School Site Manager We are seeking a reliable, practical and friendly Caretaker to join our happy and welcoming Primary school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. this is a temporary role starting ASAP and is long term to permanent. Key responsibilities include: Day-to-day site maintenance and minor repairs Opening and closing the school premises Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed Managing cleaning, waste and basic grounds maintenance Liaising with contractors and reporting issues as neededWe are looking for someone who: Is practical, proactive and dependable Takes pride in maintaining buildings and outdoor spaces Can work independently and manage their time effectively Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a school environmentPrevious caretaking or maintenance experience is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.
