Science Teacher

PK Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Science Teacher to work full time within a specialist SEMH provision in Newcastle. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in KS3 and KS4 who require additional behavioural and emotional support within a structured learning environment. The Role: Deliver engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students Support pupils within a SEMH setting Plan, prepare and assess work in line with curriculum expectations Implement strong behaviour management strategies Build positive, professional relationships with students and staff Create a safe, inclusive and structured classroom environment Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential Experience working within SEN and/or SEMH settings Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to commit to full-time work (5 days per week) Resilient, patient and adaptable teaching approach This is an ongoing position offering competitive daily rates and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who need consistent and supportive teaching.
