Looking for a science role where you can just get on with great teaching?
We’ve got a fantastic secondary school in Leeds ready for a Science Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing lessons to life and helping students connect the dots, whether that’s in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
You’ll be joining a department that’s organised, supportive, and focused on doing the basics really well.
What you’ll be doing:
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering lessons that spark curiosity
Supporting students of all abilities to make progress
Creating a positive, focused classroom environment
What the school offers:
Structured schemes of work to support planning
Friendly, experienced department
Leadership that values consistency and support
Students who respond well to clear, engaging teaching
What we’re looking for:
UK QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school
Strong subject knowledge and classroom presence
Someone who builds rapport quickly and keeps lessons purposeful
