Screening Interviewer – Fluent Pashto and Urdu 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Office based, Twickenham To arrange, schedule, plan, prepare and conduct face to face (video recorded) on-line screening interviews in the required language as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process. To further review, summarise and report the findings accurately and efficiently. To ensure all relevant information from the Due Diligence report is contained within the interview plan and thoroughly examined during the interview process ensuring any areas of concern are satisfactorily resolved and recorded appropriately. All screening interviewers will be required to conduct and complete an interview training programme. Key Responsibilities To manage all administrative aspects of the interview process, including scheduling and booking interviews, coordinating logistics for interview sessions, ensuring the correct documentation has been accounted for, and reporting interview outcomes. Preparing and planning interviews to include the review and assessment of due diligence reports. This involves familiarisation of the anomalies, queries and perceived threats that require follow-up during the interview. To engage with applicants via on-line video recorded face to face interviews. Utilizing interview techniques to ensure areas of interest are thoroughly reviewed satisfactorily. Summarise and highlight interview findings accurately through review and assessment of the information gleaned and compared with the original report. Report findings through the Due Diligence Process and conduct any associated enquiries as directedTo Be Successful: Fluency in Pashto and Urdu with strong written and verbal English IT literate (Teams and associated video communications systems, Outlook, Microsoft booking, Database and word processing) Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills Naturally objective/impartial and inquisitive Good telephone manner Be self-motivated and reliable Have a smart personal appearance Be confident and able to approach people Ability to quickly assimilate pertinent information Willingness to learn and participate in various scheduled training sessionsWhy Choose Ackerman Pierce?
