This role will work closely with Innovation, Design, and wider operational groups to ensure smooth delivery, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and structured delivery processes across multiple teams, including Innovation and Design. * Manage and prioritise delivery backlogs to ensure focus on high‑value initiatives. * Identify opportunities to automate manual and time‑consuming operational activities. * Coordinate cross‑team collaboration to improve workflow efficiency and remove blockers. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. Key Skills / Experience * Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments. * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog management, and delivery processes. * Ability to work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams. * Experience identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive, delivery‑focused approach with the ability to remove obstacles and maintain momentum
