Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Manager to lead delivery and stakeholder engagement for a Media & Broadcast transformation initiative. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, agile delivery, and operational excellence.
Experience
* 10+ years of overall IT experience
* 5+ years in Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or Product Ownership roles
* Experience in Media, Broadcast, OTT, Content Supply Chain, or Digital Asset Management environments preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business and technical requirements
* Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
* Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
* Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
* Support business process transformation initiatives
* Prepare project status reports and executive updates
* Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
