The Role
They're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing SDR team. You'll play a key role in generating and qualifying pipeline for the sales organisation, driving performance, and embedding best practice across lead generation and prospecting.
What you'll be doing
Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation
Set targets and manage performance against KPIs and conversion metrics
Own and evolve SDR strategy, processes, and ways of working
Analyse pipeline and activity data to drive continuous improvement
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to improve lead quality and handover
What they're looking for
Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, with people management responsibility
Strong background in sales or business development, consistently exceeding targets
Confident communicator and coach with a hands‑on leadership style
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track and analyse performance
Commercial, data‑driven mindset
Nice to have
Experience within IT services, technology, or managed services environments
