Are you an experienced Second Charge Advisor looking to join a business that genuinely values quality advice, compliance, and customer journey if so then are looking for Cemap qualified advisors to join this team?
As a Second Charge Advisor, you will guide customers through the second charge lending journey, ensuring advice is compliant, tailored, and in their best interests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting initial security and Data Protection (DPA) checks
• Reviewing detailed fact-finds to fully understand customers’ financial circumstances
• Gaining consent and carrying out credit searches using system scripts
Essential experience and qualifications:
• Proven experience in second charge / secured loans in an advisory role
• CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 completed
• Solid understanding of FCA regulation
• Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Personal qualities:
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
