Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Cover
Pay Rate: £120 - £130 per day (DOE)

This is an ideal role for graduates considering a career in teaching, sports coaches, or experienced youth workers looking for classroom experience without the planning and marking workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise whole classes during the absence of the main subject teacher.
Give clear instructions for set work and assist students with their tasks.
Manage student behaviour effectively, upholding the high standards of the school.
Ensure a safe, orderly environment where learning can continue seamlessly.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people aged 11-16.
High level of confidence, patience, and strong communication skills.
Good general education (GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths preferred).
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to process one).
