We are working with a range of mainstream secondary schools and academies seeking experienced administrators to support the smooth day-to-day running of busy school offices.
Duties may include:
Managing reception and visitor enquiries
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining pupil records and attendance data
Using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom
Supporting admissions and general administration
Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staffWhether you're looking for short-term, long-term or permanent opportunities, we'll work with you to find a role that suits your experience and availability.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous school administration experience
Experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar systems is desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
