Competitive rates of pay (£174 - £205)
The Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism
Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management standards
Assess, monitor and support pupil progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider school teams
Support students in achieving their full potential

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Experience assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and proactive approach to teaching
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Ability to work effectively as part of a school team
