As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the chance to support schools in delivering high-quality education while working in a range of secondary school settings. You'll work with students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering pre-planned lessons and helping to ensure that classes run smoothly. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects (depending on your specialism) Support students' learning in KS3 and KS4 classrooms Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay on track with the lesson Foster a positive and engaging learning environment Adapt to new school environments, ensuring you integrate well with the team What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (preferred but not essential) Strong classroom management and adaptability to different teaching environments Passion for teaching and motivating students The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organisation skills Why Join Aspire People?
