The Role We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Secondary Teacher (QTS) to join our team in Grays. Key Responsibilities * Plan and Deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that align with the National Curriculum. * Assess and Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining the school’s high expectations for engagement and respect. * Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive learning culture. * Participate in school life, including parents' evenings and departmental meetings where required. The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Have a deep understanding of their subject specialism and the current curriculum. * Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire diverse groups of learners. * Hold an Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to apply for one. * Be fully committed to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils.
