What the roles involve Full‑time teaching across KS3/KS4 (some KS5 available depending on school) Planning, marking and assessment Contributing to department planning and whole‑school culture Delivering strong subject knowledge in Maths, English or Science Being a positive, consistent presence in the classroom What the schools are looking for QTS or PGCE (ECTs welcome) Strong behaviour management and classroom control Good curriculum knowledge in your subject Ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of learners Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for teaching Why work with Teaching Personnel?
