The below job description will outline this position of: Fire & Security Service Engineer Typically, this person will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and supporting a range of Fire & Security systems across the Glasgow area, delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Duties and responsibilities of the Fire & Security Service Engineer: • Deliver a professional service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. • Service and maintain Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, IP CCTV and Access Control systems. • Proactively engage with clients, resolving issues efficiently and escalating critical matters where required. • Ensure all documentation and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time. • Maintain full compliance with company policies and Health & Safety legislation at all times. Qualifications and requirements for the Fire & Security Service Engineer: • Minimum three years’ hands-on experience with Intruder and Fire Alarms, IP CCTV and/or Access Control systems. • Full and valid UK Driving Licence. • Strong understanding of relevant Fire and Intruder Alarm standards. • CSCS/ECS/IPAF qualifications desirable. • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal ability. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel predominantly within Glasgow, with occasional travel across Scotland.
