Security Officer 4 on / 4 off Pattern (2 Days, 2 Nights) Must Hold SIA Licence Job Summary We are looking for reliable, motivated, and professional Security Officers to join our expanding Security Team, supporting a major client across multiple London locations. primarily based in South Kensington. The role offers a consistent 2 days / 2 nights shift pattern with weekly pay. If you have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and experience in security or customer-facing environments, this position could be an ideal fit for you. Key Responsibilities * Provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors, and members of the community * Conduct routine patrols and monitor assigned areas across the site * Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies * Complete accurate and comprehensive incident reports and statements * Maintain high standards of professionalism, security awareness, and customer service * Support crime prevention, protect property, and ensure compliance with site procedures * Follow organisational policies, Health & Safety requirements and security best practices Requirements * Valid SIA Licence – Essential * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong customer service skills with a calm, polite, and professional manner * Ability to work a rotating shift pattern including days and nights * Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally * Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high security standards Benefits * Weekly pay * Full training provided If you’re committed, customer-focused, and ready to take on an important role within a respected organisation, we’d love to hear from you
