This role is focused on property-led commercial finance, including:
Development finance
Bridging and refurbishment loans
Semi-commercial mortgages
Portfolio BTL and investment lending
Complex HNW property transactions
We are looking for brokers who:
have experience in commercial broking, bridging, development finance or specialist lending
are confident handling developers, investors, landlords and HNW clients
want the upside of a self-employed model with the backing of an established platform
are driven by performance, deal quality and serious earnings
