ELECTRICIAN – SOCIAL HOUSING

Location: Coventry
Rate: £100 per EICR
Payment: CIS or Limited Company
Type: Ongoing / Long-term Work

We are looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician to join an ongoing social housing contract in Coventry.

The Role:

* Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties

* £100 per EICR, including C1 & C2 remedial works

* Identifying and completing electrical remedials where required

* Working to current electrical regulations and social housing standards

* Completing accurate certification and paperwork

* Ongoing workload available for the right electrician

Requirements:

* Gold ECS/JIB Card

* Qualified Electrician

* Strong social housing experience

* Experienced in EICRs, testing and inspection

* Confident carrying out C1 & C2 remedial works

* Own van and testing equipment

* Full UK driving licence

* Able to work independently and manage a daily workload

Payment:

* £100 per completed EICR, including C1 & C2 remedials

* CIS or Limited Company

* Ongoing work available
