SEMH Intervention Assistant (Behaviour & Reset) Title: Inclusion & Intervention Assistant (SEMH) Location: Blackpool, FY Area Pay: £102.83 - £121.83 per day Start: ASAP - Temp-to-Perm The Role: Join our inclusion team as a Behavioural Intervention Assistant. You will be responsible for delivering specific "Reset" sessions for students who have been removed from lessons or are struggling to engage. Your goal is to provide a structured, calm environment where students can reflect on their choices and gain the skills needed to reintegrate into the classroom. Key Requirements: Strong de-escalation skills (Team Teach or MAPA preferred). The ability to build rapport with "hard-to-reach" teenagers. A firm but fair approach with high expectations for student behaviour. Why Apply for This Role?
