Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a SEN Administrator to join Leeds City Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the SENSAP team throughout the statutory assessment process

* Manage referrals and support case progression in line with statutory deadlines

* Maintain and update records using the Synergy Suite system

* Respond to queries via shared inboxes in a timely and professional manner

* Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative role

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Experience using databases or case management systems

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
