SEN Learning Mentor
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
Delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions
Supporting emotional regulation and engagement in learning
Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
Acting as a positive role model for vulnerable learners
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people (SEN, pastoral, or youth work desirable)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Passion for supporting inclusive education
Pay:
Competitive daily rates available, with higher pay scales achievable based on qualifications, experience, and responsibilities within the role.
