This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while working as part of a welcoming and collaborative school community where staff are valued and pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential. Role Details Location: Hammersmith and Fulham Start Date: April 2026 Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs Implement positive behaviour strategies and support pupils' emotional wellbeing and regulation Help create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and wider support staff to monitor and support pupil progressThe Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting Be patient, empathetic, and resilient Have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Be able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Be proactive and committed to helping every child succeedIf you are enthusiastic, caring, and ready to make a real impact within a fantastic primary school, we would love to hear from you.
