SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) UES1 Location: SM4 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full Time or Part Time Available Salary: Competitive / Depending on Experience We are currently recruiting for a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist provision in the SM4 area, supporting primary through to post-16 pupils and young adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. The Role: * Supporting pupils with SEN in both classroom and small group settings. * Working with children and young adults ranging from primary age to post-16. * Assisting teachers with delivering personalised learning activities. * Supporting pupils with communication, behaviour, and social development. * Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: * A Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. * A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners with additional needs. * Ability to work well as part of a team with teachers and other support staff. * Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
